Atty. Med. İhsan Cem CEBECİ, LL.M

İhsan Cem CEBECİ graduated from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law in 2011; he completed the Private Law Master’s Program in Istanbul Commerce University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law in 2018. After graduating from the Faculty of Law in 2011, he started his legal internship at HanHukuk. He has specialized in Labor Law, Law of Obligations, Rental Law and Contracts Law during his working period and academic studies. In addition, he is a lecturrer in major banks. He has a master  degree on the “Legal Consequences of Job Security and Mandatory Mediation” and a working paper on “The Termination of Employment Contract with Employee’s Death and It’s Results” published in the Working Paper Series of Istanbul Commerce University, Foreign Trade Institute. He has a good command of English. He is the manager of the Labor Law department.
