Atty. Han Tolga TAŞ

In 1999 he has completed his LL.M in Social Scinces Institution at Dokuz Eylül University. His thesis subject is Precautinonary Seizure and Arrest of Ships under Turkish Law. He has obtained his undergraduate degree from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1995. He was a lecturer at Dokuz Eylül University Maritime Management Business College between 1996-1999. He was a lecturer in Beykoz Logistics Vocational School and taught subjects such as Maritime Law, Law of Carriage of Goods, and International Maritime Contracts. He is an active member of International Bar Association (IBA) Maritime and Transportation Law Committe. Mr. Han Tolga Tas is an arbitrator in Maritime Commercial Disputes. He acts in the consultative board of DEHUKAM (Ankara University National Center for Sea and Maritime Law) and Piri Reis University Maritime Law Research Center. Besides he is a private lecturer in  major banks in the area of Banking Law and Private Law. Mr. Taş speaks English.
